Allow our Wedding Day Management team to become the Director of your Day. We step in to help you finalize the details of your wedding and coordinate everything (and everyone) on your wedding day, allowing you to simply enjoy this time with friends and family.
- Vendor recommendations suitable to your budget and style
- Consultation meeting at least 2 months before your wedding to discuss your needs, address concerns & answer questions
- Details meeting approximately 6-8 weeks before your wedding day to review wedding plans and logistics
- Site visit to your venue(s) to review plans
- Custom wedding day timeline and detailed planning sheets for you and key members in your wedding
- Vendor communication and distribution of wedding day timeline approximately 2 weeks before your wedding day
- Direction and supervision of wedding rehearsal
- On-site coordination of your wedding day by your Sweet Stylings Weddings & Events team up until 10pm
