Position: Event Set-up and Tear-down Staff

Compensation: $12-$15/hour

Requirements:

  • Must have access to own vehicle
  • Must possess a cellular phone
  • Must be available in the evenings and weekends
  • Must be able to take direction well and work independently as well as part of a team
  • Must be healthy in order to work long shifts

Overview:
Members of event set-up and tear-down staff are crucial to any event planner and designer’s team. These persons are trusted to successfully bring the event vision to life by following direction, staying enthusiastic and striving for accuracy. Is this a demanding position? Yes. However, Event Staff have the pleasure of transforming a venue from bland to breathtaking and get to experience that wonderful feeling of making clients’ jaws drop when they see the vision before them. Successful Event Staff members are eligible to be part of Sweet Stylings’ Event Coordinators team.
